Technical Assistance is provided:

the design and industrialisation phases of a new
product or whenever a change of an existing
product takes place.

is related to a malfunction of our product during
the client's production process, or whenever
specifically requested by the client.

Whenever the client requests
our technical support to carry out internal
improvement actions or to identify and cope with
problems related to production processes of which
our products are a part of.
