After-sales Technical Assistance

Technical Assistance is provided:

  • On our own initiative, during the design and industrialisation phases of a new product or whenever a change of an existing product takes place.

  • In response to a complaint, if it is related to a malfunction of our product during the client's production process, or whenever specifically requested by the client.

  • Whenever the client requests our technical support to carry out internal improvement actions or to identify and cope with problems related to production processes of which our products are a part of.
